As I walk into my colorful classroom my teachers greet me with a warm hello and a high five. I unpack my backpack and get ready for our Morning Meeting and opening prayer. Here I am learning how to listen and take turns when speaking. What special class will I have today? Is it Spanish, Music or P.E.? But first I can’t wait to play with my friends during Center time. My teachers let us play for a whole hour!!! I can create a masterpiece at the Art Center, splash with water at the Sensory Table, fly to the moon in the Dramatic Play center, and build a city at the Block Center. The possibilities are endless, there is so much to explore! After we clean up, it’s time for snack. I love sitting and talking with my friends and it’s fun being able to pour and serve my own snack.

11:15   Prepare Mats for Rest Time, Wash Hands, Prepare to Eat Lunch

11:30   Lunch

12:00   Recess

12:15   Story Time

12:30  Bathroom Break and Nap/Rest Time

1:30-1:45  Wake up from Nap
(PreK 4 nap until 1:15, while PreK 3 nap closer to 1:45)

1:45  Recess - Weather permitting

2:00  Enrichment in Language Arts or Math

2:45  Dismissal
