MANDATORY Athletics Meeting Scheduled
There will be a mandatory meeting for ALL parents whose children are interested in participating in the IC Interscholastic Athletic Program for the 2010-2011 school year. Please plan to attend either September 14th at 7:30 am or September 23rd at 5:30 pm. Contact Coach Pohl if you have any questions.

Congratulations Principal Hill
It is a pleasure to announce that Mrs. Maria Hill has officially become a Principal in the Archdiocese of Chicago and will assume a full-time administrative role at Immaculate Conception School as we prepare and make final plans for the opening of the new middle school in August, 2011.

All Student Forms must be on file prior to the first day of school.
The following forms were due by June 4th:
• Medical Information and Emergency Notification
• Student/Family Information
• Pick Up Authorization
• School Directory Forms

The following forms were due by July 31st:
• Health Examination
• Dental Examination (if applicable)

NAEYC (National Association for the Education of Young Children) awards re-accreditation to ICS.  Congratulations to the early childhood teachers and to the administration of ICS!

Congratulations to 3rd grader Bela Quintas who was a state finalist in the Doodle4Google contest. Bela is among 400 state finalists across the nation who were chosen as winners among 33,000 entries. Her design was titled "A Trip Around the World". Read more about this in the June newsletter.
