Welcome to Immaculate Conception School NEW Website!
I appreciate your interest in ICS and I trust that this new and interactive site will provide you with a wealth of information about academics, faith-based education, admission criteria, community outreach and service, athletics, parents’ association and of course for our current families our very own “Parent Center” for the latest news and updates about ICS. Whether you are a prospective parent or a current parent, it is my hope that you will gain further insight of the school community and its mission through this site.
ICS is a very special place because of the many dedicated individuals associated with the school. The administration, faculty, parents, students and parishioners have all contributed a tremendous amount of time and energy to make ICS the school of choice for families from over twenty different communities in the Chicago area.
ICS opened its doors in 2002 to 19 wonderful students in preschool and kindergarten. In eight short years we have grown to a school of over three hundred and thirty students and will begin the 2010-2011 school year with students in preschool through eighth grade. The school community is very proud of the many accomplishments that we have experienced, from adding an interscholastic athletic program to exceptional TerraNova scores placing our students in the top ten percent of the nation to building our state-of-the-art middle school campus which will open in August, 2011. We are thrilled to have the opportunity to share and highlight these successes with you through our website.
Although this website is a wonderful introduction to the school and will be a hub for updated information for our current families, it is still best to visit ICS at an open house or informational coffee in order to experience the vibrant and nurturing environment that is Immaculate Conception School.
