Ways to Donate

Immaculate Conception School is a vibrant community school, which runs on the energy of an innovative faculty and administration and a committed group of families. We encourage all families to donate their time and available financial resources to the school if at all possible.
If you are interested in donating your time, we encourage you to check out the volunteer opportunities detailed in the Parents Association section of the Parents Center.
Our school is also funded by the generosity of many school families and community members, who donate money to help expand our school’s offerings. There are many ways to support Immaculate Conception School financially, some of which are listed below:
Annual Fund: Each Immaculate Conception Family is asked to make a $1,500 donation to the Immaculate Conception Annual Fund. This is because ICS tuition fees do not fully cover the annual operating costs of the school. In return for a lowered tuition for all, we request that families make an additional $1,500 donation to the school’s annual fund to close this annual budget gap.
Sparkle in the Spring: Each February, Immaculate Conception School hosts its annual black tie gala, “Sparkle in the Spring.” This event is the the school’s primary fundraiser for the year, and the proceeds go toward the schools’ annual fund. We encourage all parents to attend Sparkle, solicit donations for the auction and to bid generously on the items up for bid.
Christmas Bonus: In lieu of teacher gifts, families are asked to donate into a Christmas bonus fund for all faculty and administration. This can be done using Giving Tree, our new online donation tool, which streamlines the accounting and administration process.
Matching Funds: If your company offers a matching funds for employee donations, your annual fund contribution could be eligible for this matching funds distribution. Please check with your corporate giving department to learn if your donation to Immaculate Conception School is eligible for a matching fund program.
In addition to the above, Immaculate Conception School has a “Wish List” of items for the school. If you would like to make a donation of one of the items on the faculty’s list, please contact Tom Galvin at tgalvin@icsnorthpark.com.
